Q. You say your products are in-organic, isn't that bad?
A. Quite the opposite. Anything organic will decompose with time and elements. By definition, anything in-organic will not decompose. Our products, which are environmentally safe and non-toxic, seal surfaces without breaking down for many years to come.
Q. Why can't I buy the products and do this myself?
A. SEALWIZE Northwest uses products created by SEALWIZE that are only available through factory trained technicians. The surface that is being sealed needs to be properly cleaned and brought to the correct PH and humidity levels in order to effectively create a seal that will not bubble, crack or peel. Our specific process allows us to give our customers an unsurpassed warranty on the surface.
Q. If this stuff is so great, why isn't everyone sealing their outdoor surfaces with it?
A. Until now, the process has always been too expensive except for the most needed, high profile jobs (i.e. The White House). SEALWIZE has been able to refine the process to make it more affordable for everyday use. Now people who don't want to spend the time and money every few years re-sealing or staining their deck are able to affordably have their surfaces sealed for many years.
Q. I have a lot of plants around my deck, will your cleaners kill my plants?
A. Although we will cover and protect the surrounding plants, these are mineral based, non-toxic cleaners and sealers that will not harm plants, animals and children.
